Adoption Program Bulgaria
Bulgaria has one of the most established international adoption systems in Europe. The process is clearly defined, ethically guided, and supported by experienced authorities at every stage. Families benefit from predictability, accountability, and a program built on long-standing international cooperation.
A Clear Path Forward
Every child’s story is unique, but each adoption follows a clearly defined path. We guide you through every stage with steady support and local experience in Bulgaria.

We start with a detailed orientation session where we discuss your family's heart for adoption and the specific aspects of the Bulgarian program.

2 – 4. Dossier Preparation
Collecting and compiling the necessary documents for submission to the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice.
5 & 6. The Matching Process
Identifying a referral that aligns with your family profile and the child's needs.
7 & 8. Travel & Homecoming
Two trips to Bulgaria. The first to meet your child, and the second to finalize legalities and bring your son or daughter home. We provide full in-country support during both visits.
