Second largest country in Europe, it’s located between Poland and Russia.
Is Ukraine a part of Russia?
No, Ukraine is an independent country.
Is this a Hague program?
No, this is not a Hague program.
So, is non-Hague good or bad?
Since we in the United States are subject to Universal Accreditation, we conduct all cases as if they were Hague.
Are you Hague Accredited?
Yes, we are.
How long does it take?
Usually around 12 months from the time you get registered, but can fluctuate either way by a bit.
Agency fee is $8,500 for every program. Program fee is $8,400. Case Management fee is $7,300. Foreign fee is $8,500. Details are in the Financial Section.
One child 5+, if you are adopting a sibling group – the youngest child can be as little as 1.
